Creating the ‘Art of Possible’
Dr. Ran Goshen
Chief Oncology Advocate, Co-Founder, Rango
Dr. Ran Goshen co-founded Rango in 2011 with a clear objective: to offer individuals facing cancer the kind of strategic partnership, clinical clarity, and thoughtful decision-making that conventional healthcare models too often overlook. Drawing on a background that bridges clinical practice, biomedical research, and life sciences innovation, Dr. Goshen leads Rango‘s work in complex case navigation and high-stakes oncology strategy.
A board-certified gynecologic oncologist, Dr. Goshen received his medical degree from Hadassah Medical School at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He completed residency training at Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital and pursued subspecialty training in gynecologic oncology at the University of Toronto. He holds a Ph.D. in biological chemistry, with research focused on cell-to-cell interaction and tumor biology.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Goshen has held leadership roles across the healthcare and biotech sectors. He served as Chief Medical Officer at dbMotion and Medial Early Sign, and led the life sciences investment arm at Israel Seed Partners, where he worked closely with emerging health technologies and translational science platforms. As CEO of GI View, he helped guide product development in gastrointestinal diagnostics and intervention.
Today, Dr. Goshen applies this multidisciplinary experience to his role as Chief Oncology Advocate, where he works directly with clients and their families to structure care strategies, coordinate global expert input, and support decision-making at critical inflection points. His work reflects a belief that high-level oncology strategy must integrate clinical science, personal context, and sustained advocacy.
